I was so excited & was waiting deliberately that with which recipe she will come up with, And here is a mouth watering ice cream recipe. I never tried making an ice cream cox I thought it will be really hard & time taking recipe.. but seeing the way Beulah has given the details, I am thinking to try it soon :) Let's see what Beulah has to say!
A big hello to all the readers of Haffa's Kitchen! I'm Beulah and I blog at FullScoops. I am a dentist by profession and now my time is spent taking care of home, kids and the blog!
When Haffa asked me to do a guest post, I was thinking what I can do for her. I finally decided on ice cream since this is one of my favorite recipes and you cannot fail in this recipe.
I was making this ice cream for one of my aunt's and this is a recipe that I trust and often make for others. This is the easiest, creamiest and most yummiest ice creams ever!
Ingredients:
- Non dairy heavy Whipping Cream - 1 cup (I used 'Rich' brand)
- Fresh Cream - 2oo ml (I used amul fresh cream)
- Condensed milk - 200 gms (1/2 tin)
- Chocolate chips - 3/4th cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Procedure:
1. Take 1 cup of non dairy heavy whipping cream. Add the vanilla extract and whip till soft peaks.
2. Add the fresh cream and whip again. Now add the condensed milk and mix.
3. Add the chocolate chips and mix in.
4. Pour into containers and cover with a tight lid. Refrigerate for 8-10 hours or until set.
Enjoy!
Notes:
1. You can add nuts also in place of chocolate chips.
Thank you Haffa for giving me this opportunity to write!
Thanku so much for such a wonderful & yummy recipe Beulah! =) Hope my readers will love it.
