Potato Kebabs/ Patties (Aaloo k cutlets)

Kebabs are of many different types. I have told u the recipes of Chapli kebabsShami kebabs, & Beef Kebabs. Now I will introduce u to Potato cutlets/ patties. They are mostly popular in Asian & subcontinent countries. They are made of boiled potatoes mixed with spices. Although another variety of them has boiled chicken mixed with it, which I'll discuss some other day by God's will. Different spices in it gives it an awesome taste. These delicious kebabs serve perfect as a snack, appetizers or even starters. It can be served with anything like, mint chutney, raita or ketchup. They can also be used to make sandwiches & burgers. It is also one of the favorite dishes made at festivals :) I mostly have them with rice. Here is its recipe! Enjoy :)
