Hi guys!! Hope u all are doing well. Today I am soo happy (Thanx to God) cox I'll be going for Umrah tomorrow (By God's will). So guys I won't be able to post for some 20-25 days :) Do remember me in ur prayers that everything goes well :) by God's will.
Now off to the recipe:
I'm back with another variant of spinach. I have earlier discussed with u the simplest form of cooking Spinach - hereIt is one of the vegetables that I love the most. Anything with spinach, I would never ever say no lol..This vegetable is easy to cook n healthy for u! It has vital nutrients that are essential for u. Today I am going to mix it with mutton for a new yummacious taste. It is one of the popular & famous dishes at weddings in Pakistan & India. Mutton & spinach curry has really an exotic taste. It is also rich in Iron, Calcium, omega fatty acids & vitamins. Mutton works well with immense taste & harmonizes the iron-rich spinach in this flavorsome curry recipe. Spinach mutton curry is a superbly frangrant curry particularly for those who luv both mutton & spinach. And when these two come together in one dish, its marriage made in heaven :P This is a marvelously aromatic curry, which is prepared slowly but surely to let the mutton to tenderize and the curry to set well.
Here is the recipe:

Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:

You will need the following things:

Spinach                                              1 bunch (appox. 1 kg)
