Strawberry Smoothie

Today I am going to share with u a smoothie to soothen ur nerves while I have kept u on diet!

4th recipe of  DIET WEEK!!

Today's tip
is to have fat-free milk or skimmed milk..whenever u r on diet.. :)

Today's recipe is Strawberry Smoothie which u can have as a snack..and of course replace it with ur main meal too.. cx its totally fulling!





Calories: 154/cup


Ingredients:

Chilled Fat Free Milk                            1 cup
Strawberries                                         5-6 pc
Ice cubes                                              Few 
Honey                                                   2 tsp. 


For those not on diet can use sugar ;) Although I have permanently replaced my whit sugar in drinks with honey and brown sugar.



Procedure:


Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour in glasses & enjoy :)

    1. Sure u can. 1 banana per day allowed fr those on diet :)
      U can add yogurt too. Will post recipe some day IA
