This is a really simple recipe made from grinded rice :) Lets see how it goes on:
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients:
Boiled Milk 2 cups
Rice Flour * 2 heaped tbsp. mixed in some milk to form a paste
Sugar 6 tbsp.
Crushed Nuts Few
Choti Ilaychi (Green cardamom pods) 2
* You can make rice flour after washing the rice with water twice or thrice. Then spread the rice in a wide pan and let them dry in sunshine. When dried grind the dried rice. Rice flour is ready to use :)
Procedure:
Mix rice flour in some milk & set aside.
Add few crushed nuts - Peeled almonds, pistachios, raisins etc. & cardamom pods in milk and bring it to boil. Add the rice flour mixture slowly to the boiled milk and cook on low flame until the grounded rice grains are properly boiled and thick. It will take about 10-15 mins. Keep stirring.
Next add sugar & keep the flame low, and let it cook for some more minutes. Abt 10-15 min. Keep stirring. Scrap the sides too. It will enrich the taste.
You can add more rice flour, if u prefer to make the pudding thick. Once thickened & done, turn off the heat. Pour it into the serving bowls and allow to cool. Refrigerate until cold, garnish with nuts and serve. :)
