If u are a pineapple lover, u will love this dessert! Sweets have always been my weakness :( and this pudding/delight just keeps my spirits high! :P so here is another recipe of a dessert which I got to know after my marriage and guess what...... my teacher for this recipe was no other than my sweet hubby. :P Believe me its soo yummy that u can't put ur hands off. Sorry diet watchers!! This pineapple and biscuit delight is just an easy recipe to follow. The crunchy biscuits and nuts, pineapple-studded whipped cream is seriously amazing. It is a perfect summer dessert which is best served when chilled. This one is extremely easy to make, and requires no cooking. So, if you want to try out some new dessert for your weekend party, here goes the recipe:
Ingredients:
Cream 1 pack
Sugar 5-8 tbsp.
Marie biscuit (or any digestive biscuit) 1 packet crushed into small pc.
Pineapple 1 small tin
Walnuts 15-20
Apple 1
Note: U can replace the above fruits with a fruit cocktail tin too :)
In a bowl whip 1 pack of cream, sugar and few tbsp s of pineapple juice (optional) until fluffy and smooth. U can beat it with the help of hand if u don't have beater. (u can save 2 tbsp s to spread its layer on top at the end for neatness.)
Next crush the marrie/any digestive biscuits and add in whipped cream.
Next add the tin of pineapple slices.
Next add handful of walnuts crushed a bit.
Next wash the apple, peel it, cut into small cubes and add them into the cream.
Fold all of the above mentioned things into the cream gently. Spread the layer of cream on the top. Garnish with pineapple slices, walnut & wafers. Extremely delicious biscuit pineapple delight is ready. Chill for 2-3 hrs. Serve cold :)
