Chicken Platter with Tahini Sauce is one of the best recipes I have everrr tried!! I just LOVEE it! Its a MUST try recipe!! :)
Serves: 3
Ingredients for Chicken:
Chicken breast (Boneless) 375 gm (1 & 1/2 kg) Cut into 3 inches pc.
Garlic 3 cloves (chopped)
Garlic 3 cloves (chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Cumin Seeds crushed (Zeera) 1/2 tsp.
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp.
Olive oil 2 tsp.
Curry Powder * 1 tsp
* If u don't have curry powder don't worry, just use a blended mixture of curry leaf, coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek & chili peppers.
Other Ingredients:
Chop chicken into 3 inches stripes as in picture. Marinate it with above mentioned ingredients for chicken for 30-60 minutes. Then grill them on medium to low heat until done.
Next grill Pita bread for a minute. (I bought Pita bread from store).
Spread the Tahini sauce all over the Pita bread.
Next, put some lettuce leaves and tomato slices on Pita bread.
Spread the grilled chicken on the Pita bread & pour some yogurt sauce on one side.
Serve!! ^_^
You will never regret making this. Bet me ;)
Curry Powder * 1 tsp

Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
*Tahini Paste 2 tbsp
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients properly and Tahini sauce is ready :)
* Tahini Paste:
If u don't have Tahini Paste, don't worry!!! Just take 2 tbsp of sesame seeds (til) and roast them. Allow them to cool. Grind them and add 2 tsp of olive oil & blend until creamy thick paste is formed. You can increase the amount of oil. Use accordingly :)
