Anything with spinach, I would never ever say no lol..This vegetable is easy to cook n healthy for u! It has vital nutrients that are essential for u. Today I am going to mix it with mutton for a new yummacious taste. It is one of the popular & famous dishes at weddings in Pakistan & India. Mutton & spinach curry has really an exotic taste. It is also rich in Iron, Calcium, omega fatty acids & vitamins. Mutton works well with immense taste & harmonizes the iron-rich spinach in this flavorsome curry recipe. Spinach mutton curry is a superbly frangrant curry particularly for those who luv both mutton & spinach. And when these two come together in one dish, its marriage made in heaven :P This is a marvelously aromatic curry, which is prepared slowly but surely to let the mutton to tenderize and the curry to set well.
