Nutritionists state that breakfast ought to be the healthiest snack of the day, giving u a boost up of calories at the very beginning of a day. “Paratha/Fried Chapati” is the greatest item to have in the morning. Fried Chapatis or flat bread called Paratha in urdu, is an essential component of conventional South Asian breakfast. It can be made of wheat flour / white flour or combination of both. You can accompany it with any side dish u feel like, or with simple omelette, tea/ Pickle. So if u want any revolutionize from same boring routine try this!! :) Traditionally it is made from ghee, but oil can also be used.
I have brought u up to diverse varieties of it like Mustard Curry/Saag filled Chapati, Radish filled chapatis & Potatoes filled chapati . Here
is another variant to the appetizing breakfast gracefulness. "Egg
Paratha" or anday walay parathay in urdu/hindi :) they are actually
easy to make. What u have to do is to make a simple plain layered paratha and
beat an egg and coat it with egg. These delicious egg dipped parathas make a healthiest & satisfying breakfast. It is great for lazy weekend sunny mornings :p Here goes the recipe:
Eggs 1
Salt 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Milk 2 tsp.
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp.
Coriander leaves Few
Oil/ Butter/ Ghee
Oil/ Butter/ Ghee
Procedure:
First of all add all the above mentioned spices in 2 tsp. milk and add egg into the spices and beat properly. Set aside.
Now make the Paratha/Layered Chapati by seeing the recipe HERE , just don't cook them all the way through, Stop before they are properly brown colored at this stage:
When the chapati/Paratha is about to cook, start spreading the beaten egg ,mixture on the paratha with the help of the spoon or simply dip the paratha in egg mixture. And then cook it on hot tawa/Pan until properly cooked from both sides :) You can use two eggs if u want a thick coating of omelette on the chapati.
