Plain Yogurt 1 cup
Skimmed Milk ½ cup
Dates (pitted and chopped) 1/2 cup
Banana Sliced 2 medium sized, frozen
Cinnamon Powder (daar cheeni) 1/4 tsp.
Ice cubes 8-10
Add yogurt, dates, banana, almonds and skimmed milk in a blender and blend. Now add cinnamon powder and ice cubes and blend till smooth. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with banana and dates and enjoy the yummecious smoothie!
