Today's tip
is to have fat-free milk or skimmed milk..whenever u r on diet.. :)

Strawberries 5-6 pc
Ice cubes Few
Honey 2 tsp.
For those not on diet can use sugar ;) Although I have permanently replaced my whit sugar in drinks with honey and brown sugar.

Procedure:
Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour in glasses & enjoy :)
