Today again m gonna discuss main meal for diet, which is the 6th recipe for Diet Week..
Chicken is one of the important and wonderful meal u can have for diet.. there are different ways for cooking chicken. Deep frying- of course forbidden during diet. Grilling - allowed. Pan fry - allowed.. u can use 2tsp/person olive oil for frying. But today I am going to discuss how to bake chicken-drumsticks.
Before I have discussed with u the following recipes during diet week.
This recipe is both for diet and non-diet frnds :)
Serves : 4 ppl on diet lol. Yes on diet ppl can have only 1 drumstick per meal, of course accompanied by healthy salads :)
Chicken drumsticks 4
Garlic Ginger Paste 1 tsp.
Red chili powder 2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp.
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp.
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp.
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp.
Lemon Juice 2 tsp.
Vinegar 1 tbsp.
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp.
(Olive or coconut Oil for those on diet)
Pre-heat oven at 250 C.
Remove skin, wash the chicken properly, make deep cuts by knife, marinate it by above mentioned ingredients except oil, cover and refrigerate for 4-5 hrs or preferably overnight.
Brush it with oil on both sides.
Bake for 10-15 minutes from both sides or until the chicken is done. Enjoyyy !!
