9th recipe for Diet Week is Salad Mixed Yogurt Dip / Raita.
Ingredients:
Cabbage 1/2 (Chopped)
Tomato 2, chopped
Cucumber 1 peeled, chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Salt Pinch
Black Pepper Pinch
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt 1 cup
Mint leaves 5-10 chopped into a paste

Mix all the ingredients & serve with SPOOON :)
