2nd last post of DIET WEEK is Chicken with veggies...
Before I have discussed with u the following recipes during diet week.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Chicken 2-3 pc.
Peas 1 small bowl
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1 chopped

Oil 4-5 tsp Only Olive or coconut oil
Onions 1 small (chopped finely)
Tomato 1 (chopped)
Green Chili 2 (chopped)
Red Chili powder 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp.
Garlic Paste 1/4 tsp.
Ginger Paste 1/4 tsp.
Salt ½ tsp.
Cumin Powder (Zeera) 1/4 tsp.
Coriander Powder 1/4 tsp.
Coriander Leaves (dhanyia) Few
Procedure:
Wash the chicken pieces, and chop them into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onions. Fry until onions are golden brown. Next add chicken pieces and peas & capsicum. Fry for 5 minutes.
Then add garlic and ginger paste, green chilies and the chopped tomatoes, followed by all other spices.
Cook for few minutes, add some water and keep the lid covered. Until both chicken & peas are done and tender.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with SPOON and fat free yogurt.
