Hot Frothy Coffee - Step by step

Coffee, Drinks & Shakes, winters, nescafe

Winters have come. And what I really love to have in winters is to have a delicious coffee. I can't live without coffee, esp. when its made my me, n took some effort :P Coffee is made from roasted seeds of several species of a shrub of the genus Coffea. Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world!!!! Woww! It can be made & presented in a variety of ways! Its cultivation first took place in Southern Arabia!! As a beverage, it has a strong flavor & a tempting & inviting aroma. Coffee has a content caffeine which is mostly used to vanish drowsiness & stay active.

You would have enjoyed a frothy, rich coffee in expensive caffe restaurants and would have wondered if you could make it at home without any coffee maker. Today I'll be making frothy, fluffy, rich, light & yummy coffee.

To make a delicious coffee is not that easy task, u have to work hard that is beat with hand for it lol :P I always wondered how this frothy look comes.. And once in university.. we had a trip to abbotabad. My dear friend Mayu taught me how to make a yummy coffeee... haiee :) Here is its step by step recipe :)

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Milk                                                        2 cups + 2 tsp. (warm)
Coffee (Nescafe)                                    2 tsp.
Sugar (Grinded)                                     2-3 tbsp ( On diet ppl - replace it with Brown Sugar)
Cream                                                    Optional

Procedure:

Take 2 tsp of coffee & 2 tbsp. of grinded sugar in a cup. If u will not use grinded sugar, the results might not be as perfect :)

What u have to do is to take a drop by drop warm water/ Milk (I prefer Milk) and add & start beating with spoon/fork in one direction. When the milk is absorbed, add more milk drop by drop. Coffee will start changing color.

NOTE: Make sure the amount of water should be absorbed by coffee sugar and the paste SHOULD NOT be watery. This helps in beating the coffee.

Beat & Mix & continue adding milk drop by drop. Add milk drop wise when the solution gets to thick to beat. After every round of beating the mixture will increase in volume.

Continue beating until the dark brown color nearly fades & the mixture appears fluffy & light in texture.

And finally u will get this light cream color :) It will be almost double to triple in quantity by now!!!
Coffee mixture is ready to use.

You can use the beater at end when u r about to lose hope lol ;) So now divide the mixture into two cups.

Boil milk (fresh/nesvita/nestle/ anyyy kind) and pour the boiling milk into the coffee mixture. U will get a yummy frothy appearance at top :)

Tip: Always beat coffee in one direction!
Tip: You can also beat coffee for a week and refrigerate in advance :)
